A simple, but very fun tradition at my house is that the kids and I wake up early Thanksgiving morning to watch the Thanksgiving parades on tv. When they were younger, they enjoyed the floats and Santa at the end. Now that my kids are a little older, they like the singers and the commercials advertising for Black Friday. Of course we eat all day long, beginning during the parades. Pumpkin Bread is our favorite...

On my thanksgiving,we usually have two parties. One in trenton for my moms side, and one up north in my dads hometown for my dads side. At my first thanksgiving, with my moms side,we have everyone from her side, but at my second one with my dads side,we have me,my sister,my parents,my grandparents, and my uncle and his girlfriend. ---Mia

At thanksgiving we go to Eire to see my nana and papa Pauli and we eat there. Most people there are on my Dads side of the family. They like to watch sports and goof around and pull pranks so Thanksgiving is pretty fun.

A tradition my family has at Thanksgiving is that we all say something that we are thankful for before we eat. Somethings I say are food, family, friends and pets.
When we are all finished eating dinner my brother, cousins and I put on a play about Thanksgiving.

On Thanksgiving day my family and my cousins go to my Grandma and Grandpas house at 4-5 Oclock. We watch the football game. Before we eat we say what we are thankful for, Then we eat. We have turkey, corn, mashed potatoes, and lots of yummy Thanksgiving food. And thats what I do on Thanksgiving. -Grace
